We will perform all of the following functions:

1. Whole Home Inspection: We will analyze and search out potentially toxic products and chemicals in your home, room by room, such as foods, personal care products, cleaning products, paint, carpet, furniture, toys, electronics and much more and create a personal report for you. Included in our report, you will also receive a healthy body analysis, which will provide you with a detailed list of the most common health destroyers and information about what you can do to eliminate them in your life! Our guru’s will then provide you with environmentally friendly and healthier options.
2. Lighting analysis: We will perform a complete lighting analysis throughout your home and calculate the opportunity for energy savings. We will recommend the right low wattage lighting solutions, occupancy sensors or whole house light control systems based on your preferences.
3. Appliance Analysis - We will examine all appliances, electronics and sources of energy usage in the house to quantify their financial and environmental impact. As part of this analysis, we will examine your last 12 months of utility bills and separate the costs of your heating/cooling system.
4. Environmental Quality Analysis - We will inspect both the interior and exterior of the home to determine the health risks that may exist. During this analysis, we will address the connectivity of the attic or crawl space to your living space, and suggest solutions to create a safer indoor environment.
5. Recycling and Waste Stream Analysis - We will instruct you on the best techniques for recycling and implementing earth-friendly practices in the home. We will provide guidance on what products have been produced with limited imbedded energy, and what products can be properly “up-cycled” at the end of their life.
• Composting is an important element of this strategy. We will educate you on the various options for composting, including backyard compost piles, compost bins and worm composting.
6. Air Quality analysis and solutions from air purifiers to whole house air filtration systems.
7. Water Analysis: We offer solutions from reverse osmosis drinking water systems to whole home water purification systems. We encourage people to install their own water filtration systems which provide some of the purest water on earth, and use our reusable water bottles, instead of wasting money on bottled water, and throwing away hundreds if not thousands of bottles each year. We will test both your tap and bottled water to demonstrate the many benefits of our water system. We will consult with you on grey water reclamation options such as underground cisterns, rain barrels or cost-effective combinations. By re-using your grey water, you can save money on your water bills.
8. Gas/CO2 leak detection. We will make sure that all indoor combustion appliances are performing properly.
9. Organic Food and Gardening: We will assist you in becoming less dependent on store purchased produce. We will introduce you to organic gardening, and provide a scope of services for a bi-weekly organic gardening service that will keep pure vegetable, fruits and herbs on your table.
10. You will receive a customized report on what to look out for when purchasing nutritional supplements, and products in order to avoid the following: hidden toxicity, routine herbal contamination, infectious prion exposure, toxic agents, nondisclosure of product ingredients, carcinogens, and much more.
